Our school
Students in rural areas now have the opportunity to continue their studies in French!
Students are enrolled in the following schools:
Enfant-Jésus Catholic School in Dryden,
Sioux North High School, part of the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board in Sioux Lookout, through a partnership.
Thanks to its innovative hybrid model, students benefit from:
- theoretical classes in a virtual classroom,
- hands-on learning during field trips,
- personalized support, with a teacher available online or in person, and an on-site support person.
The teacher is available in person or online, while a support staff member is on site to welcome students and assist them with their learning. Students can also take advantage of courses offered by the Ontario French-Language Virtual Learning Consortium (CAVLFO), as well as numerous outdoor activities organized throughout the year to enrich their educational experience.
All families are invited to explore the program, learn about the school activities, and see that it is possible to continue their high school education in French while remaining in their community.
